The "Why". It has been said that for a company to be successful, they must know the "Why" in doing what they do. We have been asked this question many times. Our "Why" is "We believe there is a better way." A better animal, we believe we can provide products and solutions that were better than what was available. Our "Why" wasn't to get rich, it wasn't because we didn't want a boss, it wasn't to spend all of our time hunting and fishing and call it "work". Heck, if we figured the number of hours spent at "work" in a week, we'd be making less than the minimum wage. We have less time in the field than we did when we were working for someone else.

Instead, our "Why" we started this whole thing, was that we as hunters and fishermen ourselves thought there were shortfalls in the product areas that we cover. We still believe there are shortfalls in areas that we don't currently cover with our product line. We believe it is a good thing because it gives us more opportunities. Our motto here at Cherokee Sports is to create a path where there is none.
